The ThinkPad P1 Gen 4 ships with a proprietary 170W AC adapter that powers up this bad boy. Of course, you can’t use any of the USB-C ports to charge this monstrous, power-hungry workstation. On the left side, you’ll find an HDMI 2.1 port, a 3.5 mm headphone/mic jack and two Thunderbolt 4 ports that support 40Gbps transfer speeds and dual 4K displays (or a single 8K panel). The ThinkPad P1 has a satisfactory mélange of legacy and modern ports, freeing you from dongle hell - for the most part.
